All are welcome, respected, supported and valued.

Creating a Jewish space where everyone can participate fully in worship, learning, and social activities.
Our doors are open to all who want to journey with us. Our community welcomes and is enriched by each person's background and individuality, and strives to ensure meaningful participation for everyone in all aspects of Jewish and congregational life. We warmly welcome non-Jewish spouses, partners and other family members as part of our extended family as well, and embrace them as part of our community.
Inclusivity
Congregation Shalom works to create a culture of belonging through education, outreach and advocacy. We strive to promote a safe and inclusive environment upheld by the Jewish values of kavod (honor) and kedushah (holiness). People of all ages, color, gender, sexual orientation, disabilities/abilities, and marginalized identities, as well as individuals of all religious backgrounds are welcome here.
Accessibility
We strive to ensure a meaningful and accessible Jewish experience for everyone, as we want all congregants and visitors to feel welcome and respected. Our synagogue supports people with all disabilities, physically and developmentally. We are continually working to improve accessibility and welcome feedback on how we can better serve our community.
